Under the BlackBerry Collaboration Forum - Bogotá by RIM (Research in Motion), Canadian company manufacturer of BlackBerry smartphones, the WM's Solution for Mobile Collection implemented in the bank during the first half of 2001, was chosen among a group of applications from contestants, as the mobile solution with more innovation and impact, and was chosen to be presented at the plenary of the event, with over 800 attendees.   The solution is unique in the field of face-to-face collection, allows bank's visitors checking the collection route, the current services from the bank, and the amounts owed. As a result of each visit allows recording the payment arrangements as well as the coordinates of the address where the work is executed. With the solution, the bank has real-time information, reduces unnecessary travel and monitors the operation of visitors. The quantified benefits of the project ensure a return on investment in less than 9 months.
